Even if I missed Barack Obama among 150,000 people in Denver on Oct. 26, I got to see Michelle Obama among 3,000 people in Colorado Springs Oct. 28. I like her. Rhetoric from the mouths of Michelle and Barack may be rhetoric, but I believe that they want to help people. How far will that go? We'll see, I hope we'll get to see. But it's sad to think how the job will hollow him out.
You know, this is one of those times when I don't care if it ends up just being political rhetoric or myth; we NEED this. We need to believe in something collectively, we need hope and change. We need to be inspired to be our better selves and to sit up and pay attention. So I'm holding my breath.

CANDIDATES! One-third of Colorado citizens have already voted! This wooing to the nth level is getting seriously old, y'all....
